# Sage

1. **What is a Sage?**
   * A second Job promotion available once a Magician reaches level 30.
   * Sages develop both magical and physical abilities, freely wielding the four elements using their vast knowledge.

2. **Skills**

   * Upon promotion to Sage, new Skills become available:
     * Earth Spike
     * Heaven’s Drive
     * Endow Quake
     * Advanced Staff
     * Magic Rod
     * Free Cast

3. **Promotion**
   * When a Sage reaches level 60, they can be promoted to [Professor](/characters/job/magician/sage/professor.md).
