# How to Start

How do I start and play Ragnarok Libre?

**Ragnarok Libre** is an idle RPG that anyone can easily enjoy with just simple taps and clicks.\
Equipped with an Auto Hunting feature, the game allows you to play comfortably anytime, anywhere.\
*\*You can freely toggle the Auto Hunting function ON & OFF by pressing the button at the bottom left of the screen.*

**Ragnarok Libre** will be available on **LINE**, **Web Browser upon grand launch and later to Telegram.**

# Mobile & PC Account Linking

How can I play on the same account on mobile and PC?

If you want to play **Ragnarok Libre** on both mobile and PC using the **same account**, please follow the steps below.

To use the same account across devices, you must start from **log in using from the LINE app first and connect wallet.**

1. If you signed up via the LINE app and connected a wallet
   * In this case, you can log in and play on PC using the same account without any issues.
2. If you signed up via the LINE app but did not connect a wallet
   * If no wallet is connected, you cannot use the same account on PC.
   * To use the same account, you must connect a Dapp Portal wallet first. (not OKX & Bitget Wallet)
3. If you signed up on PC first
   * <mark style="color:red;">**If you signed up on PC, you will not be able to play on mobile with the same account.**</mark>
   * To use the same account on both PC and mobile, please make sure to sign up via LINE.

   * Select your preferred Character to play. Unused Characters can be deleted.
     * Characters above **level 30** require a **24-hour waiting period** after pressing the delete button before they can be permanently deleted.
       * You can **cancel deletion** before the Character is fully removed.
       * Once deleted, **all data will be lost and cannot be restored**.


# Pass

What Passes are available in Ragnarok Libre?

**Ragnarok Libre features two types of Passes: the** [**Delabs Pass**](/how-to-start/pass/delabs-pass) **and the** [**Libre Pass**](/how-to-start/pass/libre-pass)**.**\

   * The **Delabs Pass** is a seasonal pass available for purchase in the [Shop](/game-system/shop).
   * You can earn **Delabs Pass Points** by completing **Daily Quests**.
     * Daily Quests reset every day and reward **Job EXP** and **Delabs Pass Points** upon completion.
   * As you accumulate points and increase your **Pass Level**, you can claim various rewards.
     * Through the **free pass**, you can obtain items such as **MVP Summon Tickets**, **Equipment Boxes**, and [**Zeny**](/economic-system/currencies/zeny).
     * Purchasing the **Delabs Pass** grants access to even greater rewards and additional [**Delabs Points**](/economic-system/delabs-points).
   * You can also earn **Daily MVP Hunt Points** by defeating MVPs.
     * Once you collect enough MVP Hunt Points, they can be converted into **Delabs Points.**
     * Buying the Delabs Pass allows you to earn more points through this system.

What Quests are available in Ragnarok Libre?

Ragnarok Libre has a wide variety of quests.

By completing different quests, you can explore all of Ragnarok Libre’s content and grow stronger as you progress.

1. **Main Quests**
   * Main Quests serve as the core guide for game progression.
   * Completing them grants [**Job EXP** and **Base Level EXP**](/characters/level).
   * Through Main Quests, you’ll naturally unlock various game features, including **Job Changes** and key content.

2. **Daily Quests**
   * These are **Daily Quests** that reset every day.
   * You can complete helpful tasks such as **normal monster hunting**, **MVP hunting**, and **dispatch missions** to earn rewards.

3. **Achievement Quests**
   * These are one-time quests that can be completed **once per** [**Character**](/characters).
   * They reward [**Zeny**](/economic-system/currencies/zeny) and [**RO Points**](/economic-system/ro-points), and the higher the Achievement Level, the greater the rewards.

4. **Guild Quests**
   * You can complete up to **3 Guild Quests per day** and claim rewards.
   * Rewards include **Guild Coins**, **various Fruit Juices**, and other items useful for Guild activities.

What are HP and MP? How are Stat Points different from Skill Points in Ragnarok Libre?

1. #### **What is HP?**
   * **HP (Health Points)** represents your character's life.
   * You can increase both **Max HP** and **HP Recovery Rate** by investing in the **VIT (Vitality)** stat.

2. #### **What is MP?**
   * **MP (Mana Points)** represents your character's mana, used to activate skills.
   * In **Ragnarok Libre**, skill MP consumption is based on a percentage of your total MP.
   * While you cannot increase your **Max MP**, you can improve your **MP Recovery Rate** using potions and other methods.

3. #### **What are Stat Points?**
   * **Stat Points** are used to enhance your character’s base stats.
   * You gain Stat Points every time your **Base Level** increases.
   * There are six types of stats:

   * Certain Skills can imbue your Character’s Attacks with an Element.

# Job

What are the Jobs available in Ragnarok Libre?

In **Ragnarok Libre**, the first job you start with is [**Novice**](/characters/job/novice).\
\
When a Novice reaches level 5, they can advance to a 1st Job. As you reach certain level milestones, further job promotions become available.\
\
Once you change jobs, you cannot switch to a different Job class. However, by purchasing a specific item, you can switch to another Job within the same Job group.\
\
For example, a Rune Knight can change to a Royal Guard, as they belong to the same Job group, but cannot change to a Sorcerer, which is from a different group.

1. #### First Job Promotion
   * When a Novice reaches level 5, they can choose one of the following four Jobs:
     * Swordsman
     * Magician
     * Thief
     * Archer

# Level

How can I raise my Level in Ragnarok Libre?

Ragnarok Libre features two types of levels: JOB Level and BASE Level.\
\
Raise your JOB Level to unlock content and new Skills, and raise your BASE Level to enhance your Character’s stats.

1. **JOB Level**
   * The JOB Level relates to your Character’s Job promotion, Skill upgrades, and content unlocks.
   * You can gain JOB EXP by completing Main Quests, [Field](/game-system/fields) Hunting, [Pass](/how-to-start/pass) Missions, and more.

2. **BASE Level**
   * The BASE Level affects your Character’s stats. It can be raised up to level 99.
   * You can gain BASE EXP through Main Quests, field hunting, and EXP Dungeons.
   * **Transcendence**: Resets your BASE Level to 1 and grants additional stat points.
     * Requires a **Fragment of Valkyrie's Power**.


# Gear

What Gear is available in Ragnarok Libre?

1. **What is Gear?**

   * In **Ragnarok Libre**, equipment can be obtained through **crafting**, **field drops**, or **equipment boxes**.
   * There are six types of Gear categorized by their equip slot:
     * [Weapons](/characters/gear/weapons)
     * [Armor](/characters/gear/armor)
     * [Helmets](/characters/gear/helmets)
     * [Manteau](/characters/gear/manteau)
     * [Necklaces](/characters/gear/necklaces)

2. **Types of Gear**
   * There are two categories of gear: Normal Gear and Shadow Gear. Both can be equipped simultaneously.
   * **Normal Gear**
     * Normal Gear enhances your stats and provides various effects.
     * It can be obtained via gear boxes, field drops, or crafting.
     * Normal Gear is divided into ranks from 1 to 5 based on performance.
   * **Shadow Gear**
     * Shadow Gear further enhances your stats and can upgrade certain skills to more powerful versions.
     * It can be obtained via Shadow Boxes or crafting.
     * Shadow Gear is also ranked from 1 to 5.

3. **Gear** [**Crafting**](/game-system/crafting)
   * Gear can be crafted using Gems and other Gear.
   * Special materials obtained through Single PvP Rankings and Space of Infinite Rankings can be used to craft unique gear.

4. **Gear Upgrade**
   * **Normal Gear Upgrade**
     * Normal Gear can be upgraded using [Zeny](/economic-system/currencies/zeny), Oridecon, Automatic Cylinders, and Cursed Automatic Cylinders.
     * The higher the Gear level, the more materials are required, and the lower the success rate becomes.
     * Cards can be equipped to Gear depending on its level to further enhance performance.
     * Normal Gear can be upgraded up to level 65.
   * **Shadow Gear Upgrade**
     * Shadow Gear can be upgraded using Dark Crystals and Star Crystals.
     * As Gear level increases, more Dark Crystals are required and upgrade success rate decreases.
     * To equip Shadow Cards, you must first remove card options using a Soul Pick.
     * Maximum upgrade level depends on the Gear’s rank.

5. **Gear Transcendence**
   * 5-star ear can be transcended via "[Magic Engineering](/game-system/magic-engineering)".
     * Transcendence requires the same type of gear and Concentrated Oridecon.
     * Currently, transcendence is available up to 15 times.
   * Gear level is maintained during transcendence.
     * The used Gear will disappear after transcendence.

6. **Element Enhance**

   * Using "[Magic Engineering](/game-system/magic-engineering)", you can enhance Gear with elemental attributes.
   * [Element Stones](/characters/element-stones) are required to enhance attributes.

     * Some Cards can only be equipped to specific types of Gear, while others are universal.
     * [Gear](/characters/gear) must be enhanced to slot Cards.
     * Depending on the enhancement level, up to 4 Cards can be equipped.
   * Cards can be upgraded to a maximum of 5 Stars.

2. **Types of Cards**
   * There are 2 Types of Cards - Normal Cards & Shadow Cards
   * **Normal Cards**
     * Obtained from standard Card Boxes or the Labyrinth Island.
     * Can be equipped to normal Gear.
   * **Shadow Cards**
     * Obtained from Dark Card Albums or the Labyrinth Island.
     * Can be equipped to Shadow Gear.
     * Some Shadow Cards can awaken specific Skills.
       * Refer to the link for more detailed information.

3. #### **Card Upgrade**
   * Cards can be upgraded using Card Upgrade Tickets and [Zeny](/economic-system/currencies/zeny).
     * Card Upgrade Tickets are consumable items used to upgrade Cards.
     * They come in 12 varieties, ranging from level 10 to 120 in increments of 10.
     * A Ticket can only be used to upgrade Cards at or below its indicated level.
       * For example, a level 50 Upgrade Ticket can only be used on Cards between level 1–50.
   * Higher-level Cards require more Zeny to upgrade and have a lower success rate.

4. #### **Card Reset**
   * This system resets an upgraded Card's level back to 1.
     * However, if a reset checkpoint is saved after an upgrade, the Card can no longer be reset to level 1.
   * To reset, click the Card in your inventory and press the reset button, or access [Magic Engineering](/game-system/magic-engineering) via the top-right button in the Craft tab.
   * Resetting a Card requires [Nyangvine](/economic-system/currencies/nyangvine).
   * Used materials such as Zeny and Tickets are not refunded upon reset.

5. #### **Card Disassemble**
   * You can disassemble Cards using the Disassemble button.
   * Disassembling grants Silver Card Coins.
     * Disassembling a 5-Star Card also grants Gold Card Coins.
   * These coins can be used to craft a Card Gacha Machine.

6. #### **Card Reconstruction**
   * Access [**Magic Engineering**](/game-system/magic-engineering) via the top-right button in the Craft tab.
   * In the **Card Reconstruction** tab, you can use **Nyangvine** to reconstruct a Card.
     * Higher star-rank Cards consume more Nyangvine.
   * Selecting a Card will show the range of potential stat options.
     * Reconstruction randomizes the Card's option values.
   * Reconstruction always results in a level 1 Card of the same type
   * Materials used in upgrades are not refunded even after reconstruction.


# Costumes

What Costumes are in Ragnarok Libre?

1. **What is a Costume?**
   * A Costume is an item used to customize your Character’s appearance.
   * When equipped, it visually replaces the corresponding Gear piece with the Costume version.
     * Costumes do not affect Gear stats.
   * They can be obtained from Costume Boxes.

2. **What are Costume Pieces?**
   * Costume Pieces can be acquired through the Secret [Shop](/game-system/shop) or by disassembling Costumes.
     * Disassembling a Costume grants 1 Costume Piece.
   * Collect 15 Costume Pieces to exchange for a random Costume Box.

1. **What is an Element Stone?**

   * An Element [Stone](/characters/character-growth) is an item that grants an element property to Weapons and Armor.

What is Sharevice in Ragnarok Libre?

1. **What is Sharevice?**

   * Sharevice is a system where you can borrow other users' Characters or lend your own Character to others.

2. #### **Using Sharevice**

   * You can hire other users’ Characters through Sharevice.
     * Depending on your Character’s Job [Level](/characters/level), you can share up to 5 Characters.
     * The 5th Share Character is one of your own Characters that you are not actively playing.
   * The total BP (Battle Power) of Characters you can borrow increases based on your own Character’s BP.
     * At Sharevice Level 1, you can borrow Characters with up to 10,000 BP. This limit increases as you level up your Sharevice.
   * Shared Characters can be used when hunting Normal Monsters, MVPs, and Bosses in the field.
     * You must hire another adventurer via Sharevice to use the “Assemble” function when an MVP appears.
     * Defeating an MVP using Assemble yields greater rewards.
     * More detailed information about MVP Assemble rewards can be found via the [link](/game-system/fields).
   * Sharevice energy recharges for free every 4 hours. After the free energy is consumed, you can use items to recharge it again.
     * The **Hourglass of Bond** item adds additional Share time.
     * Depending on the type, it adds 4, 8, or 16 hours.

   * When not actively playing, users can register their Characters to Sharevice.

# Fields

What are the Fields in Ragnarok Libre?

1. **What is a Field?**
   * A Field is the core area where you can enjoy Ragnarok Libre’s fundamental monster-hunting content.
   * Currently, there are 15 Fields available for adventure, with more planned in future updates.
   * The higher the Field level, the better and more abundant the rewards you can obtain.

The following are the Types of Monsters found in the Fields:

1. **Normal Monsters**
   * These are the standard monsters that appear in the Field.
   * Different Fields feature different types of monsters.
   * Defeating them grants [Job & Base EXP](/characters/level), [Zeny](/economic-system/currencies/zeny), and materials.
   * Some monsters may use powerful Skills.

2. **MVP Monsters**
   * MVP Monsters are much stronger than Normal Monsters and must be defeated within a time limit.
   * When an MVP appears in the Field, you can summon allies through the **Assemble** feature to defeat it.
     * It is possible to defeat an MVP solo, but using Assemble provides significantly better rewards.
     * To use Assemble, you must hire through [**Sharevice**](/game-system/sharevice).
   * After defeating the Field Boss, you can use an MVP Summon Ticket to instantly spawn an MVP in that Field when revisiting.

   * **Guild War Registration**
     * Only the Guild Leader and Vice Guild Leader can apply for Guild War.
     * To apply, at least one Qpet must be registered on each of the Left Poring Turret and Right Poring Turret.
   * **During the War**
     * **Battle Start**: Choose the allies who will fight alongside you.
     * **Qpet Selection**: Choose Qpets to use during the attack.
     * **Battle Progression**:
       * Destroy both the Left and Right Poring Turrets to attack the Emperium.
       * Guild War ends when the Emperium is destroyed or time runs out.
       * You receive Zeny and Guild Coins based on the damage dealt to the Poring Turrets and Emperium.
       * You can revive even if you die in battle.

   * These turrets protect the Emperium and are located on the left and right.

   * In Time Patrol, **1st-generation Share Vices and companions** cannot be used.
   * Progress by completing quests specific to this mode.
   * After a certain amount of time, the **Time Keeper** will appear automatically. Defeat the Time Keeper to move on to the next area.

4. **Gate 1**

   * Defeat all mid-bosses to challenge the **final boss**.
   * You’ll earn **greater rewards** if you participate and clear the content **as a party** rather than solo.

5. **Biolab (Biological Experiment Laboratory)**
   * Defeat all mid-bosses to challenge the **final boss**.

       * The higher the Companion's Level, the more items they can gather or excavate.
       * The maximum Companion Level is 5 Stars.
     * Estimated dispatch times vary by type. You can use [**Nyangvine**](/economic-system/currencies/nyangvine) to instantly complete a dispatch:
       * **Collect**: Acquire various materials. Takes **3 hours** to complete.
       * **Excavate**: Acquire Gem-type materials. Takes **6 hours** to complete.
       * **Trade**: Acquire special currencies such as **RO Points**. Takes **4 hours** to complete.
         * Trade can be conducted once per day per trading companion.
         * You can use **Nyangvine** for additional dispatches.
         * Only **one companion** can be dispatched for trade per field at a time.

   * You need to own companions in order to dispatch them.
   * Companions can be obtained from **Dispatch Boxes** or through **Companion Fusion**.

   * You can access it by clicking the button at the top right of the [**Crafting**](/game-system/crafting) tab.

2. There are four main features available in the **Magic Engineering** tab:
   * #### [**Element** ](/characters/element-stones)**Enhance**
     * Use **Element Stones** to enhance your [Weapons](/characters/gear/weapons) or [Armor](/characters/gear/armor) with Elemental attributes.
     * The Element applied depends on the type of Element Stone used.
       * The higher the level of the **Element Stone**, the higher the attribute level applied to the Gear.
   * #### **Gear Transcendence**
     * You can transcend 5-Star Gear using **Concentrated Elunium**.
       * Currently, Gear can be transcended up to **15 times**.
     * The number of required identical Gear pieces and **Concentrated Elunium** increases with each transcendence level.
       * For example, to reach **5-Star Transcendence**, you will need:
         * 1 piece of 4-Star Transcended Gear + 5 identical 5-Star Gear pieces + **Concentrated Elunium**
   * #### **Card Restore**
     * You can reset an upgraded **Card** back to level 1.
       * However, if a **restore checkpoint** is saved after upgrading, the Card can no longer be reset to level 1.

# RO Points

What are RO Points in Ragnarok Libre?

1. #### What are RO Points?
   * RO Points are a special currency required for listing items on the [Market Place](/economic-system/marketplace).
     * To sell equipment or materials, you must consume RO Points.
     * If the listed item is not sold within the time limit, the RO Points are refunded.
     * If you cancel the sale before the time limit ends, a portion of the RO Points will be deducted.
   * RO Points are also required when minting Zeny to trade in the Zeny Marketplace.

2. **How to Obtain**
   * Completing all daily missions grants the highest amount of RO Points.
   * You can obtain RO Points through [Dispatch](/game-system/dispatch).
     * RO Points Dispatch is available once per day for free.
   * RO Points can also be earned through various sources such as:
     * Poring Roulette
     * Achievement Quests
     * Events

# Marketplace

What can I sell and purchase in the Marketplace in Ragnarok Libre?

1. #### What is the Marketplace?
   * The **Marketplace** is a feature where you can trade various items using [**Zeny**](/economic-system/currencies/zeny). You can trade:
     * Gear items
     * Cards
     * Gems and select materials, such as **Star Dust**
     * Some items labeled as **Not Tradeable** cannot be traded in the Market Place.
   * To purchase items, go to **Menu → Exchange → Market Place**.
   * If you rank high on the **Marketplace Trading Leaderboard**, you can earn valuable rewards.

2. **Buy**
   * Tradeable items are displayed in a collection-style interface.
   * &#x20;You can browse the item list and view items currently available for sale.
   * Purchased items are delivered via your **Mailbox**.

3. **Sell**
   * Users can list items for sale via the **Sell** tab in the **Marketplace**.
   * If the item is not sold within the specified period, the sale will be canceled and the item will return to the user’s inventory.
   * Listing an item in the **Market Place** requires [**RO Points**](/economic-system/ro-points).
     * If the listing period expires, the sale is canceled automatically, and the **RO Points** used will be refunded.
       * You can reclaim unsold items by clicking the **Retrieve** button in the **Manage Listings** tab.
     * To cancel a listing manually before it expires, tap the **Cancel Sale** button in the **Manage Listings** tab.
       * Note: If you cancel before the listing period ends, a portion of the RO Points used will be deducted.
   * If a sale is successful, the proceeds, minus a sales fee, will be delivered to your **Mailbox**.
